Engineering the Future of Liquid Processing
Avari Labs develops patented and patent‑pending Electrokinetic Conditioning Modules (ECMs) that reshape how liquids, particles, and suspensions behave — enabling faster, cleaner, and more efficient processing across industrial, biological, and environmental applications.
What We Build
Electrokinetic Conditioning Modules (ECMs)
Avari’s platform consists of modular, field‑driven hardware that conditions liquids and particles at the molecular and colloidal level.
Our two flagship modules operate on complementary mechanisms:
mIonDrive — Ion‑transport conditioning for solution chemistry, charge balance, and ionic environment control.
ZetaDrive — Field‑geometry conditioning for particle mobility, zeta potential modulation, and colloidal behavior control.
Together, these modules unlock new capabilities in separation, concentration, clarification, and process optimization — without membranes, filters, or consumables.
Why It Matters
A New Class of Process Control
Traditional liquid‑processing technologies rely on mechanical separation, chemical dosing, or energy‑intensive filtration.
Avari’s ECM platform introduces a new dimension of control:
Non‑chemical conditioning
Low‑energy operation
Continuous, inline integration
Modular and scalable architecture
Compatible with existing process equipment
This enables industries to reduce operating costs, increase throughput, and unlock performance that conventional systems cannot achieve.
Applications
Our technology supports a wide range of industrial and biological workflows, including:
Algae and biomass processing
Fermentation and bioprocessing
Water and wastewater treatment
Specialty liquids and advanced materials
Environmental and agricultural systems
If your process involves liquids, particles, or suspensions — Avari’s ECM platform can improve it.
Pilot Program
Avari Labs is now accepting partners for early pilot deployments.
Pilot partners receive:
A pilot‑ready ECM module
A defined test plan
Data collection and analysis
Direct collaboration with the founder
Access to patent‑pending technology under NDA
Intellectual Property
Avari Labs holds provisional patents covering the architecture, mechanisms, and applications of its Electrokinetic Conditioning Modules, including the mIonDrive and ZetaDrive systems.
Additional filings are in preparation as the platform expands.
About the Founder
Avari Labs was founded by Greg, a systems architect and controls engineer with a decade of experience designing, integrating, and optimizing complex electrochemical and mechanical systems.
He leads all technical development, prototype engineering, and platform architecture for the ECM product family.
